Your Telemedicine Visit

In order to be prepared for your Telemedicine visit, please follow the steps below:

1. Record your child’s temperature and weight
2. Sign in to your patient portal
3. Click on the visit link located below the patient’s “Upcoming Appointments”
4. Enter the patient’s first and last name into the “Welcome” box (do not enter the parent’s name)
5. Enable camera and microphone access for your device
6. Your visit will begin shortly
